Number One was fully renovated in 2022 to incorporate a small kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fitted fridge and sink. There is also a toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, pans etc so if you decide to cook -you just need to bring your supplies. A butcher’s breakfast pack can also be purchased in advance for £20 (bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding and a loaf of bread). A ‘welcome tray’ is provided on your first night.

All rooms offer super fast Fibre broadband with free wifi login in the room and guest gardens. There are USB charging points as well as internet TV, hairdryer, towels and basic toiletries provided in the wet room.

There is a super king-sized bed with bedding provided and ample storage for your clothes or belongings during your stay including a wardrobe with hangers. The property has a window to the front overlooking the covered walkway and a large window to the rear overlooking open countryside and if you are lucky, occasionally a steam train will pass in the distance.

All guests are welcome to use the private guest patio with seating and a garden area also overlooking the fields. Ample private off-road parking is offered with wheelchair access offered if needed.
